Ciarra Elle - Owner
About Ciarra Elle, Founder of Off Leash K9 Training 30A.
Ciarra Elle grew up surrounded by animals on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, where her passion for creatures of all kinds blossomed early. From volunteering at local animal shelters to caring for dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles at home, animals were always at the center of her life. Inspired by conservationist Steve Irwin, Ciarra knew from a young age that she wanted to dedicate her life to working with animals, especially dogs.
Her journey with Off Leash K9 Training began in 2012 when she enrolled in a program in Virginia to enhance her ability to communicate with dogs. What started as a personal mission soon turned into a professional calling. After extensive training under Nick White, the founder of Off Leash K9 Training, Ciarra became part of the headquarters team, refining her skills and mastering proven techniques. By 2015, she was ready to open her own thriving Off Leash K9 location in Hawaii.
Now based on the Emerald Coast, Ciarra brings over a decade of experience to Off Leash K9 Training 30A. Her passion lies in building trust-based relationships with both dogs and their owners, helping families create a better life with their canine companions. Whether working with playful puppies, high-energy working dogs, or complex behavioral cases, Ciarra’s mission is always the same: to unlock each dog’s full potential and give owners the confidence to do the same.
For Ciarra, dog training isn’t just a job—it’s a way of life. Every day, she finds joy in helping dogs and their people strengthen their bond, communicate more clearly, and live in harmony. With her experience, patience, and personalized approach, Ciarra is dedicated to helping every dog—and every owner—thrive.
Allison - Trainer
Allison has been with Off Leash K9 Training 30A since shortly after the 30A location first opened, spending years in the trenches as Head Trainer before stepping into her current role overseeing sales and client placement. During that time, she didn’t just train dogs—she trained and mentored trainers, helping build a team rooted in consistency, accountability, and standards that don’t bend when things get hard.
With a deep, hands-on understanding of canine behavior, Allison now works directly with each family to ensure they are paired with the right trainer and the right program—not a rushed promise or a cookie-cutter fix. She lives by quality over quantity, believing fewer dogs trained the right way will always outperform volume done halfway. Her approach blends compassion, education, and direct communication—because clarity builds confidence, and confidence builds reliable dogs.
Honest and thorough—but make no mistake: results come first, excuses don’t, and every dog leaves better than they arrived.
Monica - Trainer
She didn’t always know dog training would be her path, but once she found Off Leash K9 Training 30A, everything clicked. What began as a job quickly became a purpose.
Working hands-on with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and backgrounds has been truly life-changing for her. She thrives on building relationships with both dogs and their owners and believes that every dog deserves clear communication, structure, and a fair chance to succeed.
Her experience with animals runs deep. She has worked with and owned a wide variety of species, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. At just 14 years old, she began her professional animal career at Gulf World Marine Park, where she trained birds—an experience that helped shape her understanding of behavior, timing, and communication across species.
She is proud to work alongside her “second family” at Off Leash K9 Training 30A and values the high standards, mentorship, and teamwork that define the program. As she continues to grow as a trainer, her long-term goal is to one day own and operate her own Off Leash K9 Training location.
Jennifer - Trainer
Jennifer believes life is better with dogs and even better when you truly get to enjoy life alongside them. She is passionate about helping dogs and their humans communicate clearly, build confidence, and create a balanced, fulfilling bond – built on trust and understanding.
Raised in a multi-dog household and surrounded by a wide variety of breeds, Jennifer’s love for dogs started early.
At home, Jennifer is kept smiling by two very different dogs: Kody – a small but spunky pup with the confidence of a lion, and Buddha – whose heart is just as big as his head. She’s also kept on her toes by Sonny, her Siamese cat who fears nothing.
Living and learning alongside different breeds of dogs has given Jennifer a deep appreciation for every dog’s unique personality and needs, and she brings that understanding into every training relationship she builds.
Logan - Trainer
Logan brings a diverse, hands-on background to his work as a professional dog trainer. From his early jobs to his experience in martial arts instruction and military service, he developed discipline, adaptability, and strong communication skills—all of which translate directly into effective dog training.
His background in teaching martial arts heavily influences his training style. Logan excels at breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable steps, helping both dogs and owners build confidence and understanding together. He believes learning happens best when expectations are clear and progress is built methodically.
At Off Leash K9 Training 30A, Logan works with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, focusing on reliable behaviors, engagement, and real-world results. He is passionate about helping owners understand the why behind training so they can maintain success long after sessions end.
At his core, Logan thrives as a teacher. Whether working with a dog or guiding an owner, he finds fulfillment in helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

Nick White is the Owner and Founder of Off Leash K9 Training. Nick is a former US Marine and former US Secret Service. He currently has over 130+ dog training locations throughout the United States.
Nick is globally recognized as being one of the top dog trainers in the world. He has 2 official world records in off leash obedience, named on Wikipedia as one of the top 20 dog trainers in the world, recently named top 10 trainer in the world by bestdogtrainers.org, has been featured in many magazines and shows, and he is regularly requested by the top celebrities and athletes! He has been called upon by people such as actor Ryan Reynolds, WWE’s John Cena, MLB All Star Max Scherzer, UFC World Champion Jon “Bones” Jones, and many more!
